Most team recruiting pages talk about culture. Here is the concrete version.

1. Coldwell Banker behind you. The brand, the tools, the referral network and the legal and compliance infrastructure of a national brokerage, with a local team around you day to day.
2. Coaching from someone still selling. I am a Coldwell Banker Southwest Florida top producer and I still list and close my own business every month. You will be learning from someone doing the work now, in this market, not from someone describing how it used to be done.
3. Systems that already exist. Onboarding, training, lead generation, marketing, technology and agent support are built and running. You are not being handed a desk and wished luck.
4. Six counties of real coverage. Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee, DeSoto, Lee and Collier. Waterfront, canal-front, new construction, land and resale, so you are not boxed into one narrow slice of the market.
5. An office that is actually local. 200 W. Marion Avenue in downtown Punta Gorda, four blocks from the harbor.

This is probably a fit if you are newly licensed and would rather be taught properly than left to figure it out, or you are producing somewhere else and have stopped getting support, or you want to build a real business here rather than sell three houses a year to people you already know.

It is probably not a fit if you want a desk and a licence to hang and no involvement, or you are looking for handed-over leads with no prospecting of your own, or you are not willing to be coached. I would rather tell you that now than six months in.
